Crafting Enchanted crests has changed slightly in 10.2. Since crests are now a currency, we now need to spend the currency to purchase a Nascent crest instead of using the crest items directly in the craft as we did in 10.1.
Nascent crests can be purchased from Andoris, the Enchanting Supplies vendor in Valdrakken.
